Hope they don't blow it. I'm a motocross/off-road fanatic, and I've
been waiting for an accurate MX sim forever.
With record attendances for the last two years at every Supercross and
National, I guess MX will be getting a lot more attention.

Also the Manx TT 3dfx Demo is available at www.sega.com or www.avault.com
and it surprisingly runs at a very good frame rate on my non 3dfx P100 with
nice crisp graphics, so it  will probably be outstanding on a 3dfx card.  I
won't comment on game play as your limited to arcade mode on the demo,  but it
runs so well on my lowly machine,  and bike software is so limited that I'm
going to have to get this one for sure.

Re: ManxTT -- I'll comment on it - since I bought the full version more
than two weeks ago ... in a word, don't...  I returned it more than two
weeks ago as well!!  It did not compare favorably to Motoracer in any
category: graphics, gameplay or tracks.

Besides, it won't have much replay value with only 2 tracks - yes, you
read right, two track ...  of course you can play them in Mirror mode
... but ... two tracks...

No, MANX sucks big time. Graphics and control are both terribly
inferior to Moto Racer (on a P200 w/3dfx) and it only has 2 tracks.
It's a stinker.

I must unfortunately conclude that after playing with the demo for an hour it
does stink.  I was hoping that it was better in non-demo mode but Doug Burg
who has had the full version feels otherwise. I didn't think that the non 3dfx
graphics were that bad, I would be happy with them with better game play,  and
they did manage one thing that seems to be escaping most developers these
days,  framerate !
