Tracks from Indycar/Nascar series games for GPL

As most of these games are pretty old now and the devs/publishers no longer
exist in any meaningful way is it possible to download the converted tracks
for Grand Prix Legends?

I have Indycar 2 so could convert the tracks myself, just being lazy there.
But don't own the other games.
