Yeah, do whatever you want, but it's not going to bring the guy back.
And it won't mean anything to anybody but yourself.

Kyle, I'm not sure if that's a cold, heartless response or just your
way of saying you deal with Jeff Krosnoff's death in more of a
detached way than others.

No, it will not bring him back.  Yes, Ross is doing it in his own way,
as a tribute.  For what it's worth, that kind of tribute makes some of
us pay respect to Jeff and his family in OUR own way.  Knowing others
honor his memory is the first realization that the racing community
and fans exist and have a voice to raise in memory of any driver who
dies in an accident such as this one.

As for my tribute?  A silent moment and prayer for his family.

Exactly, very nicely put Kyle S.
However mine go out to the families of all those injured or killed
during what is bound to be known as the "Black Sunday" of motorsports.
2 dead 1 injured in Toronto
2 dead in Belgium
5 dead 23 injured in France

Everyone copes with death in different ways.  My way may not be your
way.  But I can appreciate other people's approach to dealing with
death.  Even Kyle Langston appears to be dealing with it in his own way.
That's fine, let's just respect each others way of dealing with an issue
we will all have to face numerious times in our life before the one
final time.

Wow, you are truly lost.  Sometimes I wonder why people do such stupid things.
Then I remember that most people are stupid.  Then it makes sense.

No disrespect intended, it's just I couldn't make out KL's intent with
his post, but yes perhaps he is dealing with it in that way.  My
response was in no way meant to be derogatory.  I would never want to
tread on anyone's approach to handling such realities, I merely wanted
to say Ross and his tribute should make us think how we would deal
with it in our own way, and that it is good to see such posts because
it reminds us all that there is a caring community of fans out in the
world.

As for the information about the memorial services in your post, thank
you for taking the time to include it here in this newsgroup...

Should I chalk this one up to dealing with it in your own way?
(Please see previous posts).  I'm trying hard to keep the respect for
this kind of comment foremost in my mind, since this is a free world
(and newsgroup).  No disrespect, Billy, just wonder and amazement.

Ouch,
Well just shows that I'm not the only.....
Ah hell, nah, I think I'll stay out of this one for a while, all
things considered. Suffice it to say, Jeff, and all who were lost this
past weekend will be missed by many. :(
