file folders, however neither track is recognized when you play the game!

The RS2League has done an indepth analysis of the Standard GamePort,
Thrustmaster ACM GameCard, CH Products Auto3 Gamecard, and PDPI L4 GameCard.
They aren't reviews... they are tech papers on how they work, put in
Layman's Terms.
What does this have to do with FrameRates, etc.
I HIGHLY suggest you read the papers if you don't know the answer to that...
It could save you some HAIR PULLING in the future... I guarantee it.
The URL is: http://www.rs2league.com/tech_talk/tech_talk.htm
I suggest you read all of them.... but the REALLY important one is the
"Standard GamePort" Paper. You'll see why...
Cheers,

Where is the N2HQ file available?, also on Nascar99 I was unable to find a
file named "Calendar File". I did find it on my "Nascar2" game.
I appriciate your help with this
The calendar files have the .cal extension on the end. You don't
really need any special editor to make changes to it, it's a plain
text file. Notepad will open it. The line for each event will look
something like this (in the file, it will be one line. It's too long
here and wraps to the next line):
20 8 7 0 0 INDY Brickyard_400 Brickyard_400 200 event1.pcx
biglogo1.pcx
The first number is the race number. The next two are the date (in
this case, August 7th). The first zero indicates if it is the first
or second race at that track of the season (0 = first, 1 = second).
The next zero indicates if it's a day or night race (0 = day, 1 =
night). I don't know if that one has any effect in the game, though,
because the night races have separate track directories. "INDY" is
the name of the track directory, and the two "Brickyard_400"s are the
name of the race that shows up on the screen (underscores represent
spaces). The first one is a long version of the race name, and the
second is a short version (in this example they are the same, but they
don't have to be). The number "200" is the number of laps for a 100%
length race. Event1.pcx and biglogo.pcx tell the game what graphics
to load for the track logos.
Hope this helps! Oh, and you can look at other race dates in the
calendar file for more examples.
