TOCA stops after intro.

I've just tried TOCA Touring cars, but the best I can get is the intro
video sequence, and then it throws me back to windows.

I've got a Matrox Mystique 220 (4meg), and the game is set to auto
detect. I've tried software acceleration but this is the same as auto.

I've got DirectX 3 installed, but I'm unsure whether or not to install
DX 5 because I've heard it gives problems with driver installation of
3DFX cards (which I intend on getting soon).

Any ideas?

Thanks Derek, it works now! ;o]

I guess I'll have to see what happens when I install my Voodoo card
and ask for advice if I need it.

Thanks again
