I believe it was the fast Tamburello corner ususally taken at fullthrottle
6th gear.

I think it has been made a lot safer after the accident though most of
the drivers do not like the new safer version of Imola.

Yeah, Tamburello is just a bunch of boring esses now.  But that was the best
Imola could do; they couldn't add runoff because Tamburello was real close to a
creek or river.
