GPL - Taking Screenshots?

Can somebody tell me how to take screenshots in GPL?
I've tried pressing PrintScrn but this just leaves a completely black
picture in the clipboard. btw I'm using a Maxi Gamer Phoenix (Banshee)
card - If thats of any relevance.

Ian,
GPL doesn't place screenshots on the clipboard.  Instead, it creates a
.pbf file in the GPL directory.  These .pbf files can then be converted to
a .tga file with the provided pbf2tga.exe.

Actually a single screenshot (the last if you've taken a few in
succession) will also be in the clipboard which can be pasted into any
paint program.
