I know this question must have been asked numerous times, but is there an
official upgrade policy for ICR2/DOS users when the Win95 version is released?

In fact, any rumours on when/if a Win95 version is due?

The Win95 version of ICR2 is due out during the first or second quarter of
this year.  Purchasers of the original ICR2/DOS will be able to upgrade to the
Win95 version for a nominal fee. (just enough to cover the shipping and
handling)
