GPL+Thriller=Netscape?

Racers,
Would one of you experten please e-mail me the solution to this
little problem. I put in a new Thriller 3d 8meg and everytime I launch
the GPL demo is starts up the dial up networking dialog box. How do I
fix the beastie? Sometimes it won't even let the demo start, just kinds
messes up the screen. Is this a driver issue, can I just delete some
file, what's up with this?
Please e-mail as well as post. Heaven forbid, I've been working alot
lately and sometimes don't have the time to keep up with the newsgroup.
Thanks in advance, all the best, Mike

No expert here, but this worked for me. Go ahead and get online BEFORE
starting GPL.  Then GPL will take you to the joystick screen.  There,
select "Direct Input" in case you have a NASCAR Pro wheel.  Then
calibrate as usual.

Hope this helps...worked in my case..
