What is best way to re-install R-Factor and keep user settings?

My installation of R-Factor is suffering from mod-rot so I want to start
fresh, but I dont want to set all my options again. Should I just save
the username.plr file and delete the R-Factor folder or is there
anything else?

Hi Timmy,

isn't there an entire folder within "userdata" that's called like your
driver? I'd save that one too, just in case.

Cheers, uwe

Don't forget the controller.ini and the "controllers" folder where all
you controller profiles are stored.

Also... I suggest you copy your \rfactor\gamedata\LOCATIONS  folder

* then you will keep all your downloaded tracks and not have to d/l and
install them all again*
