NCR2 patch bug Green frame at night Charlotte ?!?

Does anyone else see a ugly bright green frame surrounding the
screen when your on the track at Night C***te running the low res
320x200 grapics.  This is after installing the 1.0 to 1.02 patch.
Hi res grapics seem fine though.

I got the same thing on 320x200, and ended up copying the
'nchrltte.dat'
from my CD, which "cured" the problem.  I really don't know what
changes were made in the patched 'nchrltte.dat' but it seemed
that the walls were painted differently.  Anyway, copy the
old .dat file from your CD to dump the green border.

I too get the green frame around my Night C***te***pit.  Although
mine is while running Hi Res graphics.  Any Ideas?
