Could someone tell me how long og a replay I can expect to get with
128 megs of ram. At Spa full detail 19 cars I only seem to get about
3 minutes of replay. Is there a way to lenghten replay ?

add the following lines to your core.ini:
[ Replay ]
replayMemoryOverride = 50000 ; replaybuffersize in KB
with this 50MB replay buffer, you will get a whole intermediate
long race with full grid including the practice session into one
replay file. the memory used gets less if you disabled skid
marks, dust, fire or the like.

...will give you 20 mb of replaybuffer
