Engine is just a generic term used to describe the physics required to be
incorporated in the core code.

Generally speaking "GPL engine" describes the part of the program that
drives the "physics" of the simulation. The way the car behaves and
reacts. Regarding the graphics, your card will not come close to doing
them justice (this will basically require a Voodoo2 or Rendition 2xxx
based card). Also, due to the poor frame rate your card is giving you,
GPL cars will be a *** to drive. You need at least 30fps or better to
get a handle on the cars.
