High-Nose / Low-Nose Editor Wanted

After updating my GP2 to the 1996's season with several tools (gp2jam
etc.), there is just one thing I'm missing, several cars (such as the
Williams) have their 'nose down'.
Does anyone know a tool, that fixes this ?

Any while your fixing that, anyone got the 1997 names file?
