the NASCAR racing or IndyCar racing sims use. Like degrees of
freedom, general model assumptions, suspension models, etc.
Of course, this is from a purely theoretical standpoint; I have no
desire to copy the models and make my own competing game or anything like
that... :) The most I would use this for would be to use Michael Corrigan's
excellent EDITRPY utility to whip up some real good handling/performance data
from people's replays; the least would be just to see what kind of model they
use and be able to better adjust car settings based on this info. Thanks for
any help or direction anyone can give, and if I get any good info, I'll post
it here...
