Easiest way to save your PBs for other tracks is to grab a couple of
seconds of a replay from the session, load up Replay Analyser and get it
to display all your PBs which it gets from your replay files.

Question 2, part 1: No, 11 tracks are hard coded into both GPL.EXE and the
BESTLAPS.LYT.
Question 2, part 2: You can use GPLSeason by Nigel Pattinson to swap tracks in
the best laps screen. Might be a problem with string lengths as mentioned in
another reply, I have no idea since I have only done it by hand which doesn't
have any severe limitations on string length (a bit scary though). It is also
possible to correct spelling errors and non-complete track names if you want to.
