Actually, it was Roger Penske who said that...when Marky was still wet
behind the ears.

And, as the recent Daytona 24-hr. shows, you don't have to finish the race
at all to win.  Times change.

To actually answer your question, Babbages(Which is the same company) had
not recieved their copies in my area.

Man they suck.  and I heard mark say

In English it mean, if you are a crazy wrecker you wont win the race :)
