The dedicated server that is included in NASCAR Legends is undergoing
further refinements and is being tested by a small group of outside testers.
They won't say much to you about what they're doing because they're under
nondisclosure.  We haven't announced any plan for releasing the dedicated
server for N3 but we are actively working on multiplayer enhancements for
NASCAR Racing 3 and NASCAR Legends, and we intend to release these
enhancements to a wider group as soon as they're complete and ready for
prime time.

If you've got comments, bug reports, or feature requests for multiplayer

We're particularly interested in getting feedback about NASCAR Legends right
now, because there are enhancements in the multiplayer security and packet
protocols in NASCAR Legends that should make for a better multiplayer
experience.  We need feedback to know if these enhancements work as designed
in the real world.
