Switching 'included' drivers in NASCAR

I have a question. We race with about 28-33 cars at Martinsville and
I would like to know how I can switch the order of the cars so I could
race against the ones I want to. In other words, if I am racing 33 other
cars then 7 arent going to be in the race. How do I 'exchange' an excluded
car/driver for one who is already in the top 33. Thanks.
