Oh can we jump for joy now?!

Hey, Chris is not alone!!!
Yea, what's wrong with Pole Position?!?! <G>
The GPL engined NASCAR4 is sitting on the back shelf right now. They claim
that the average computer can't run it, so we're stuck with another NASCAR2
remake. Oh well, at least we have body roll now!

On another note, bring on the track convertors, bring on the Pits Touring
Car patch and then perhaps N3 will be worth something for online play. :)
Or probably just getting back to his school account that he didn't have at home
over the summer when the announcement and the much discussed discussion [ ???
:-) ] over it NOT being in N3.

Not that I've ever seen you on VROC/GSB either. :)

And since your tone demonstrates a possibility that you will not even buy
N3, I'll be sure to provide you with my thoughts on the title once it's
released so that maybe by chance you will venture online and enjoy yourself.
And by the way, I too used to race GPL during its first 6 to 8 months of
life and won about 75% of the races I entered. Of course now, I probably
couldn't hold a candle to most drivers of the greatest racing game ever
created, but then again, Nascar racing is my main sim of choice.
And before these conversations you and I have enjoyed cross the line of
decency into chaos, let me state that it is not my intent to be an ***
however feasible it may seem<g>. Case in point, the acceptance of
constructive criticism regarding HTML formatting of newsgroup messages. The
unwritten rule was unbeknownst to me and I give my thanks for pointing it
out no matter how the pointing was worded<g>.

Don't you know by now that reason never works with unreasonable people? He only
knows what he WANTS and the facts of life, business and reality are not going to
dissuade him in his rancor toward Papyrus.
I only know that Papyrus Design Group has given me more entertainment per buck
than anyone else on the face of the planet and I WILL buy every one of their
offerings if for no other reason than to let them know that I want them to stay
in business. If I can get a GPL out of a dozen NR99's then it's damned well
worth it to me.
