game. Well worth the time to read it.
First let me give you some background on myself. I do not
profess to be an expert at this game. However, I have driven
GP2 for the past 2 years competitively. In addition I have
about 10 years of Special Stage Rally experience back in the
70's and have also had the opportunity to drive Mosport back
then. The game is all about car control and not losing
adhesion. All my times to date are with default settings
except perhaps brake bias. I have not tried any suspension
changes at this point.
The biggest hint I got from the book was selecting a gear
higher than I thought I should be in through the sss's at
the glen. Instead of powersliding in 3rd up the hill try
4th. It is quicker. Adhesion here is a big factor. The
second thing is to be smooth. Ease the brakes and throttle
and you'll pick uop a bunch of time.
If anyone wants my replay I saved it. I know the really
quick guys are much faster but its available for your
reference if you like.
Take Care.
