I've always used VROC race room but decided to try the new version of
Winvroc and have been unable to get it to work correctly.  I can connect to
the sever fine but when I actually go to race, the engine slowly accelerates
(by itself) to red line and when I shift gears it completely dies.  the
pedals don't work at all, but all ohter controls appear to work properly.
When I enter a race through vroc race room, all is fine.  I'm running the
Logitech ff wheel with the latest drivers.  Any ideas?

Sounds like your using a profile for GPL and it's not getting loaded when
you join through WinVROC. Create a copy of your GPL profile and point it to
Winvroc.exe. That way when you start up WinVROC your profile is loaded and
ready for when you join a race. Now if I have just wasted your time cause
you've already done this <G> then try recalibrating your pedals and wheel in
GPL.
