Need some advice on how to make the AI more competitive.  I have both
the 1.551 and advanced options patches installed.  In GT1 class I'm
using a McLaren and have limited it to 700hp and I am still beating the
AI cars too easily (I'm not that good of a sim racer).  I'm not easily
lapping the field as I was when running a fully modified 940hp car, in
fact with only 700 hp I'm not lapping the field on 25 lap races but I
find it too easy to stay in front.  Yes, I have the AI slider all the
way to the max (hard) but I'm not running Speed compensation on high
since that only seems to unrealistically bunch up all the AI cars.  Any
advice/hints?  Thanks, Paul.

I didn't mean to imply that I could do this with a 700hp car on all
tracks, an example is Donongton(Long & Short) where 700hp is like trying to
compete with a Briggs & Stratton engine.  But, for some of the tracks it's
adequate, examples- Sebring,Mosport, Atlanta and Desert.  Paul

You can't increase the AI... the AI code just can't handle the game
properly.  The AI is scripted.
I think there is a hack out there to increase the performance of the
opponents cars to extremely high magnitudes.
