tptcc99 works great/1 minor glich

tptcc99 works awesome. I love touring car racing. now those boys can race,
never a dull  moment watching one of those races on tv. But, back to the
game, when I am in the race options screen the picture in the background is
badly distorted or something. the picture looks like photo negative and
certain areas of it flicker. I can still choose all my options and race and
all but it just looks funky. Come to think of it it didnt do it until I
added the 2 papy fantasy tracks(bullrun&redrock)  has anyone seen this? is
there a fix?
