LFS Minor update (Kick and Ban function now working)

In version Q, the kick and ban functions were only working intermittently, a
small mistake in the code meant that it only worked on the first player in
the list after the host.

This has been fixed in a special patch 0.04Q2.

Note : This patch is only for people who want to run a host and use the kick
or ban functions, there are no other fixes or improvements in this patch.
