N4. AI 100% Yer kidding, right?

100% AI at Talladega & screwed up Daytona (post-patch) is OK - all
superspeed ways seems OK. But honestly, is there anyone up to pace with
AI-boys at Martinsville and Bristol? I've been playing Papyrus Nascar since
N1 and M'ville Bristol has always been my favourite kind of game, until N4 -
now it's just like Alice in Wonderland - Just Watching - no game.

 I have tried all the different setups retrieved from the net, but to no
avail - I just want to make sure - Is is me who sucks? Or is it others who
is excerating theire efforts???

Nope, even at 97% they're one bunch of tough cookies. I can beat them at
places like Rockingham, 100% strenght with the default setups, but can't
do anything there.

Just play with these settings in your Bristol track.ini file until you feel
there speed is right:

ai_accel_modifier = 2.00    ; acceleration grip efficiency
ai_decel_modifier = 0.93    ; braking grip efficiency
ai_fuel_use = 1.45     ; > 1.0 = more fuel consumed
ai_grip_modifier = 1.04     ; > 1.0 = more grip
ai_drag_modifier = 0.50     ; > 1.0 = more drag, which is slower

ai_qual_modifier = 1.06     ; > 1.0 = faster during qualifying

ai_tire_wear_left = 0.3     ; left tire wear adjuster for ai    > 1.0 = more
wear
ai_tire_wear_right = 0.4    ; right tire wear adjuster for ai

Remenber to back it up first
