Thrustmaster Spare Parts - Positive

Just before Christmas,  I purchased two 'demo' T-2's from the closeout table
at the local ComputerCity/CompUSA. Some small parts were missing and some
shifter springs were broken. I sent an email to TM, but never received any
response. I assumed that was the end of it, and went ahead and fixed one of
the units by canibalizing parts. BTW - I also modified the pedals for dual
axis, total investment there was about $4.00 in parts and 2 hours off
tracing wires and bad soldering :-)

Then last week a small package arrived with all of the parts I had
requested, and some that I hadn't, (four extra pedal springs). Took about
six weeks. No charge - Not bad for the modern world.

Sounds pretty good to me.

I like the buying a demo wheel. I might do that to get a better set of pedals
for my Sprint.

An earlier post said that Thrustmaster is upgrading there support and has
had some delays.
