Need Help w/ GPL AI Tweaker

I'm trying to use v.103 of the AI Tweaker.  When I click or type the file name,
two dos prompt windows pop open, close, open, close, etc until it crashes into
an used memory location and locks up.  I do have vbrun300.dll in the GPL
directory. How do I get this to work and what am I doing wrong here?  Thanks.

try putting the vbrun300.dll in your windows/systems folder, not the GPL
directory.
