I live in arizona, and every time I try and dail the number for hawaii,
I get the operater saying something through my PC Speaker, I have a US
Robotics sportster 28.8 and Windows 95, can someone please help?

Sounds like you're dialing the wrong number.  Make sure you dial
1-617-926-7200.
