SpyBoy2. Where do you download this from?

I looked at the http://www.racesimcentral.net/
1.1.0.13 April 99?

I just found the beta for version 2 (GPL 1.1 compatible):

I can't quite figure out how to make it work though. Everything's
greyed out, so I'm not sure how to get it to list VROC races.

Sorry, it's working fine now, after configuring and running it you may
have to exit and restart it once more.
