First you need to rename the file once it's downloaded to uue, the
last 3 extensions. *** Ex. NFSPAT~1.UUE ***
I use a program called WinCode. It converts
the file from binaries to Hex. Then after that, then unzip it and
install it to your NFS dir. Read the readme.txt that comes with
the program it will explain how to activate it. ; >
