OK you're obviously a Cloobie?, so let me explain a few things to you:
First, binary postings do not belong in a discussion group. Binary
groups were created specifically for this purpose. Why don't you ask
someone who maintains a news server how much he/she enjoys having
binaries posted in discussion groups? Many smaller news servers carry
only discussion groups because they do not have the resources (disk
space) to handle the load created by the binaries groups. When
binaries are posted to the discussion groups, they take away disk space
leaving less room for the intended discussion. In extreme instances,
continued binary postings to discussion groups can lead to the
sysadmins dropping that newsgroup to remove the strain on their system.
Secondly, if you're are going to post binaries to the appropriate
group(i.e. NOT HERE), do us all a favor and don't post them in small
900 line sections. With 17 parts, it's extremely unlikely that they
all will make it to the various news servers around the world. You
then get the endless threads of 'Please repost part 6!' or something
similar. Free Agent has a setting some where to change the number of
lines (I think 15000 is the largest it can handle) it divides
attachments into. When you minimize the number of sections, you are
vastly increasing the changes that the post will make it through in
it's entirety.
The best solution however is to just place the zip file on a web or FTP
site so people can download it at their leisure. Make a post here
pointing out the location of the file so those interested can easily
find it.
While this FAQ deals with bincancels, it has an introduction explaining
the reasons why binaries belong in their designated groups. If you've
never read it, I highly suggest you do:

Please don't take this personally, I have nothing against you. I'm not
trying to police the newsgroup, instead I'm just trying to make sure
everyone knows how the system was designed to work.
