If you look at the programming grid. It shows that they are carrying

Banger racing! Jet sprint boats! Tons of SCCA! Local short track
stockers too! :)

The channel I'd love to see would be "All Racing Channel". All Racing,
all the time. When you turn it on, if it's not a commercial there would
be cars racing. Recruit people around the world to send in good videos
with good commentary from their local tracks. Send them how-to
information
about how to cover a race in a professional manner. Send the tapes in
with the driver info etc for the ARC crew to do the graphic overlays
and stuff.

P.S. 18 foot skiffs too! :) <-the only non-powered form of boat racing
I've ever found exciting.
