Nascar 2 Sound Editing ?

by ccorpor » Fri, 02 May 1997 04:00:00

Ok I know how to edit the wav files of Nascar 2.

2 Questions:

1. Does the sample file size have to be the same size as the original?

2. I wanted to make the car engine noises a tad lower in their hum. What
program does one need to make the actual pitch of the noise lower?

I can make it louder, echo ect... But my program doesn't allow for octave
changing. Any recomendations?

Thanks.

Nascar 2 Sound Editing ?

I have been able to edit sounds in NASCAR2 since the last 3months. I am on
beta 2 right now on my sounds. Just to inform, no the sounds don't have to
be same type and size, but you must have the same recording saving format
for N2 to recognize. So whatch out to what you do, and first, check if the
sounds work once you did a few files.
