If you have the Nascar 99 CD, the track is on the CD and is not installed
with a full install for some reason.  You also have to edit your calendar
file to get the game to recognize the track.

Apparently, the story is it's not installed because of licensing
problems with the track owners, but it's included because it's already
part of NROS or something.  You can find it under the nros/nros/tracks
directory on the N99 cd.

How do you edit the calendar? What should the new lines look like?

Thanks
Dave VG

PS: Is there a site that has this info on it?

there is one thing you have to be careful of here.  The #16 at the start.
That should be
the 16th track listing in your calendar file and every line below it must
be changed to start
one # higher.
so the track that WAS # 16 will get moved to #17.  And the track on the next
line below that
will become track #18.  You'll have to keep changing those first two #'s til
the end of the file.

example only
16<snip>bristol blaha blah blah
17(erasedforbrevity) C***te  etc
18 ............homestead......

this will change to..
16....Pocono
17 ...bristol
18....c***te
19...homestead....
  sorry if this is confusing.

I would go to the Racedesign site.  One of the best out there.  There is a
Pocono patch under the real tracks heading.  It will install Pocono from your
NR1999 cd, but then update it with new graphics.  The graphics are great.

As for the calendar, just edit you Winston Cup and insert the line below.

16  6 20 0 0 POCONO Pocono_500 Pocono_500 200 event1.pcx biglogo1.pcx
