GP2 Log On Text File

by Ray Flore » Mon, 05 Aug 1996 04:00:00

I've seen this CPU performance text file in this newsgroup a lot.  I've
gone through the manual and do not see instructions on how to get this
up and running.  What command line do I type and what directory should I
be looking for this text file.

Thanks in advance!

The log is on by default. All you need to do is to go into the
relevant directory i.e. GP2 and type "type gp2log.txt |more" (use
more command because there is a heck of a lot of information in
the text file which MP use for diagnostic purposes.

Hey Ray-Ray,

When you're in the GP2 directory.  Start up the game with the command
line:

gp2 log:on

Then whenever you exit type out the command:

type gp2log.txt|more

This should give you the results that you're looking for.

AS-SALAAM-ALAIKUM,

Michael Muhammad
