***Quikfix Guide update!!***

by Jan Koh » Mon, 01 Jul 1996 04:00:00

Folks, after some lenghthy discussion and testing, I've changed the
Quikfix guide...due to some errors in the NASCAR game.

The NASCAR Racing simulator has had the weight distribution for
oversteer/understeer backwards...as Ed alluded to when he said that
NCRII would have some setup corrections.

So I've changed the Quikfix guide so that it is correct for the NASCAR
Racing Sim.  The original Quikfix guide would have worked for a REAL
car, but not for the sim.

The Quikfix guide is included in this post.  You can also find the updated
version in The Pits on Monday, as well as George Lewis's site.
As always, remember to change only one thing at a time when setting up
a car, and be sure to make a test setup for your changes in case you go
the wrong way.

Cheers!
