here is the NASCAR Quikfix guide. You can print it out
and keep it handy so you don't have to get out of NASCAR to
read the excellent guide "ncarrw.wri" or go to the sometimes
informative manual. NOTE: For those of you who are new
to racing, don't think that you can do one fix to correct the
car. Many times you may fix one aspect, but it will change
another which needs to be readjusted. For example, if you
change the rear weight of the car to reduce push, you may
find that you get loose exiting the corner now. So therefore
you now should readjust shock/tire pressure settings.

Quikfix Setup Guide for NASCAR Racing
To fix PUSH: (TIGHT, UNDERSTEER)
more stagger
move rear weight back (more rear weight)
less cross weight (wedge)
lower front air dam
lower front tire pressure
To fix PUSH: (going into corner)
lower right front tire pressure
soften right front shock
raise right rear tire pressure
stiffen right rear shock
To fix PUSH: (exiting corner)
lower left front tire pressure
soften left front shock
raise left rear tire pressure
stiffen left rear shock
To fix LOOSE: (OVERSTEER)
move rear weight forward
more cross weight (wedge)
raise rear spoiler
lower rear tire pressure
To fix LOOSE: (going into corner)
raise right front tire pressure
stiffen right front shock
lower right rear tire pressure
soften right rear shock
To fix LOOSE: (exiting corner)
raise left front tire pressure
stiffen left front shock
lower left rear tire pressure
soften left rear shock
To fix LOW SPEED in corner
adjust camber (front)
more stagger
raise tire pressure
To fix LOW SPEED on straightaway
raise front spoiler
lower rear spoiler
taller high gear
To fix POOR ACCELLERATION
shorter gears
To fix LOW TIRE TEMP
stiffen shocks
lower tire pressure
To fix TIRE WEAR
adjust camber (front)
adjust stagger (could be more or less, depending on problem)
adjust shocks softer
lower tire pressure (if tire is hot across center)
raise tire pressure (if tire is hot on outsides)
adjust driving (slower entry into corner)
To fix ERRATIC BRAKING (car jumps all over during breaking)
soften front shocks
