I didn't like it one bit.
It looked great, the graphics were the best I've seen on any racing
game, period. (I haven't seen some of the newest ones, though.)
The gameplay was mediocre at best. You had to be incredibly lucky to
finish in the top 4 (so you could collect money. - The game records your
top speeds at 3 radar traps, and gives you money based on how fast and
how high you finished. Below 4th you get nada. And without money, you
are screwed in the next race b/c you can't fix damage or add nitro.)
When you got close to the front, you would be knocked off the road by a
dinosaur, or run over by a boulder, or some freakish act like that. It
was incredibly frustrating. I finally installed a cheat patch to unlock
the other 4 (out of 7) tracks and 3 (of 7) cars, and I still wasn't very
impressed. Bottom line is, it's now collecting dust as I play GPL as a
sim and NFS3 for arcade.
I'll sell it to you if your heart is set on it, but I wouldn't recommend
it in a million years. Besides, I saw a couple of copies up for auction
at ebay for about $10 shipped.

I like it!
Speed Busters is an action-game, which requires nearly as much practice as a
sim, 'cause you have to study these animation-things (T-Rex etc.) to know
how to survive them and you must find the abbreviations, which can help a
lot, though they are either hard or dangerous to drive.
Biggest bug of SB: played with a joystick, the handling is very bad...
It's true, just driving good is not enough, especially 'cause the AI is very
flexible: the better you drive, the better they do and if you lead the pack
for 2 laps and make 1 fault, they certainly get you.
