N2003 Can Garage Sounds be turned off?

I am having way too many lockup while in the various menu screens.  Looking
for solution(s).  Anyone know of a way to disable the garage sounds in the
menu screen?

1. Turning off graphics in the race menus on N2003

2. turning on turn signal/hazards turns off instrument cluster power, 2001 T&C

3. Clicking sound that I can feel through the steering wheel when I am turning

4. Horn on my 1987 Toyota van goes off whenever I am turning

5. ingination will not turn off grand am

6. Amp turning off and on and off an on and off and on...

7. Engine making Wieird sound on turn off. ???

8. Knocking sound after turning Wrangler off

9. Horrible sounds!! alternator whine, turn'off THUMP!
