Thought that would get your attention.

Last night I was racing on VROC using SpyBoy2Beta when the game suddenly
slowed to 15fps for about 5 seconds, not just half the frame rate, but
genuinely half speed play. Then it shot up to 45-55fps and the game speed
went to twice normal - leading to my losing control fairly quickly (seemed
like 250mph without revving out in top! - amazing)

Has anyone else seen/experienced this.

would be interested to hear.

I had this happen to me while practicing with a friend a Mosport...it didn't
say any outragous speed in the replay, but it was much faster than I've ever
gone in GPL.

That's standard now with v1.1.0.3 of GPL, sync_method=1, and a bad internet
connection.
