Hi there!

I'm currently running GP3 on a IntelP III, RivaTNT2 PCI, 128 Ram...
This works fine, except from the steeringwheel when in***pitview. The
steering wheel is kinda blinking on the screen, and parts of it suddenly
ain't visible...

Anyone got a clue out there??

Yup, known issue. Get the latest drivers from www.nvidia.com
These are only good ones for gp3.
