Ed,

The screenshots look AWESOME!!!!!!!!  Jim made a good point about the shifter
graphics being removed, how will we know what gear we are in?

Also, on the C***te shot, it kinda looks like we will be riding "lower", is this
true or is it just my perception of the shot?  Glare?  Looks GREAT!!! Clouds look
great, time to get a redition ready 3d card I think!  Who makes em?

Great job from what I can see, and I will be knocking on the door the day it comes out!

Well that's Earhardt's car those shots were taken from :)  Everyone
should know that Dale sits the lowest of any NASCAR driver.  Actually I
think the approach is to mask more of the screen.  This will require
less data to update the video, thus giving a better frame rate.

About the 3d cards, there are quite a few coming out any day now.  The
problem is that there are 3-4 different chips and until Direct3D arrives
for Win95 the programmers will have to write the code to support the
different chips.  The question is will you buy the right one for NASCAR2
and ICR2.  I thought I read somewhere that ATI was releasing their card
with either NASCAR or ICR2.
