Offline racing leagues??

I was wondering if there are any offline leagues left?
I'm mostly interested in N3, but would be insterested in anything for SCGT
GPL GP3 F12k or NH .

I participated in a few seasons at NSRL (only actually finished 1 or 2, way
at the bottom, but had a great time doing it!) but it seems that their
offline stuff has just about stopped(at least the schedules haven't been
updated)

I realize the online is the way to go, but it not practical for me right
now. Really poor connection + high pings.

  Three Road Racing leagues based on N3.  All have online components, but
the TPTCC league also has an offline championship.

Now the competitions is opened only for Italian, there are 4 championship
(GT3, GT1, GT1Endurance and DTM) and hotlaps competion ... soon I'll open
the hotlaps and by the end of February a Championship for the new ESTC car
you can download from the english mirror
