Sure you can... just choose a 2-axis or 3-axis joystick and be sure it's
calibrated into the DirectX game controller panel in your Win95/98 options.

But they also screwed up by not having a 4-axis choice. I mean <VBG> my
gas/brake axis on Joystick 2, so Im stuck with only 1 axis for J2.

That means I  use the brake with a button (but brakes about non-existant in
that game).

Sure you can - but it seems a bit strange to me to use a wheel for
driving a bike ?!
