Anyone else noticed how when you return to other games-F1RS or GP2, you're
driving is much better?
After a weekend on GPL I found upon return to F1RS my lap times tumbled and I
was far more confident with the car.

Oh yeah, Nascar 2 is like driving on rails now. Took me quite a while to
keep my foot on the gas while changing gears :)

hehe... I always leave my pitstall in 2nd gear now.

I don't know, I tend to find myself being too cautious in gp2 now. That game
tends to respond to attacking the track with the car, rather than gliding it
round - well for me anyway

hahaha yeah i was backing off for gear changes.. on the street circuits its
soo easy, its hard to get used to doing 20 clean laps in a row :). first
gear corner, from 0 to full throttle and nothing happens :)

Yes - only problem is they all seem too easy now. F1RS seemed ridiculously
easy and merely a test of steering round a course. CMR2 also offered no
challenge to the seasoned GPLer! Gran Turismo was still pretty good with a
950hp Skyline.

I lost plenty of time in the final segment of the Bullrun 1000 due to
lifting of to change gears. Guess I shoud have been doing practice
runs instead of seeing how far sideways you really can get at
Zandvoort......
