For those of us without Speedvision - "Nine Days in Summer" is available as
a video tape from (at least) Classic Motorbooks (www.motorbooks.com).  The
name of the tape is simply "1967 Ford Team-Lotus" ($24 US).

There's some great racing footage on this tape, especially at the
Nurburgring.  Keep in mind it's essentially a Ford promo.  And the
production is very 60's.  Kept expecting Austin Powers to show up.
