All comments appreciated within reason...
I guess it's OK, but it's pretty tedious. Gameplay consists of reading
email from your "staff", allocating team resources, negotiating staff
and sponsor contracts. The race weekend activities are limited to pit
strategy and normal/push/ease-off team orders. The in-race graphics
are average at best. I like management games and F1, but this one
became shelfware after a few virtual seasons. It was disappointing
since I spent a couple of hours during a business trip to London
specifically trying to track down an elusive copy of this game.

IMHO, EA F1 Manager is worse than Grand Prix World. It's buggier and
much less realistic. The EA product does have better graphics, but
that's not usually the hallmark of a management game.
Even if you combined the best aspects of both, you'd have a pretty
mediocre game.
