Im in the US and thinking of ordering the BRD F1 wheel/pedals.  Has
anyone had experince with ordering from BRD from the US?  Good/bad?
Also, anyone (anywhere)...how does the BRD compare to TSW?

In all fairness though I was using the pedals on the floor. I think they are
more tailored for use in one of their***pits. Then they may be easier to
use.

Steering very precise...poor pedals IMO. Not the quality though, they are
solidly made I found them terribly uncomfortable and impossible to race with
on a daily basis. Honesty is the best policy ;o)

The pedals in the full size set-up (not the compact version, as they are
cheaper plastic pedals) are fantastic. An all steel construction, the
pedal rake angle can be adjusted, the base is large enough to rest the
heel of your foot on, they are heavy enough that they do not move
around, You can have one pedal *** over the other, what more do you
need?

I've had a full size F1 Sim wheel (the older wheel designed by
Ballracing) for about two and a half years now, and it is tsill as good
as new after very heavy use (eg: daily doses of GPL, GP3, GP3, TOCA 3,
ICR2, Rally Masters, CMR2, RC2000, etc).

I've also had a compact version for about a year, but it is only my
*spare* wheel so doesn't get used as often, but it too, is as good as
new.

The only wheels of similar quality IMHO are the TSW and ECCI wheels...

Get out there and buy one man.

You can alter the throw on the pedals to make them alot more comfortable.

I reckon they are the best pedals available for the price.

I just attached a 2x4 piece of wood at the end of the pedalbase to make room
for my feets that way i can keep my feets at a normal angle and still get a
good long throw in the pedals
