ICR2: hot tires

by JMB Duker » Sat, 15 Jun 1996 04:00:00

My problem is that the tires get very hot on ovals (a severe problem
during a race, because I lose grip after a while).

PLEASE explain to me what I have to or could change in my setup in order
to prevent the tires from getting too hot.

You should be using a medium or hard compound on the right side tires for
ovals. If that doesn't help, lower the shock settings on the offending
tires or increase the tire pressure.
